The Weight Management & Wellness Program is provided under the supervision of an autonomous APRN. IV/IM injection therapy is optional and intended to support hydration and nutrient balance as part of overall wellness. Initial Medical Evaluation (one-time) $99 (paid before medication is prescribed) Includes: - Comprehensive medical evaluation (telehealth or in person) - Review of medical history & PHI - BMI & obesity assessment - MEN2 / thyroid risk screening - Review of labs or ordering labs if needed - Personalized treatment plan discussion * Medication is NOT prescribed until medical clearance is completed. Monthly Weight Loss Medical Program (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide) $250-499 per month (Based on doses) Includes: - Prescription management - Patient-specific compounded medication - Monthly follow-up visits (telehealth or in person) - Dose titration & adjustment - Ongoing medical supervision - Secure communication for clinical questions * Medication is prescribed only when medically appropriate * Program requires monthly follow-up for safety and effectiveness (Medication cost not included, as medications are provided directly by the pharmacy).
