Cancellation Policy
📅 HOURS OF OPERATION Monday – Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM By appointment only. Same-day appointments may be available depending on staff availability. ________________________________________ 📘 1. BOOKING POLICY Appointments Required All IV therapy services require a confirmed appointment. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. Arrival Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any required forms and assessment. Late Arrivals Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may experience a shortened session or may need to be rescheduled. Medical Screening All clients must complete a health screening and consent form before receiving IV therapy.
