Cancellation Policy

📅 HOURS OF OPERATION Monday – Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM By appointment only. Same-day appointments may be available depending on staff availability. ________________________________________ 📘 1. BOOKING POLICY Appointments Required All IV therapy services require a confirmed appointment. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $25–$50 (customizable) may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Arrival Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any required forms and assessment. Late Arrivals Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may experience a shortened session or may need to be rescheduled. Medical Screening All clients must complete a health screening and consent form before receiving IV therapy. ImmunoCare IV Studio reserves the right to decline treatment for safety or contraindications. ________________________________________ 📕 2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Cancellation Window We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellation Fee Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in: ✔ Forfeiture of the deposit OR ✔ A $25–$50 cancellation fee (choose your preference) No-Show Policy Clients who do not show for their appointment without notice will be charged a full no-show fee or forfeit their deposit. Rescheduling Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours
