Initial Consultation: $125 Medication Refill Visits: $50 Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) uses hormones that are chemically identical to those naturally produced by the human body to help restore hormonal balance and relieve symptoms related to hormone deficiency or imbalance. Treatment is personalized and medically supervised, based on your symptoms, medical history, and appropriate laboratory evaluation. Our goal is to support hormonal health using the lowest effective dose while prioritizing safety and long-term wellness. Initial BHRT Consultation Includes: • Comprehensive medical and symptom evaluation • Review of prior or ordered laboratory results • Individualized treatment plan • Education on benefits, risks, and expectations • Ongoing monitoring and follow-up recommendations Important Information: • BHRT is not intended for weight loss • Not all patients are candidates for hormone therapy • Treatment may be adjusted or discontinued based on response, labs, or medical changes • Annual re-evaluation is required for continued therapy

BOOKING POLICY Appointments Required All IV therapy services require a confirmed appointment. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. Arrival Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any required forms and assessment. Late Arrivals Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may experience a shortened session or may need to be rescheduled. Medical Screening All clients must complete a health screening and consent form before receiving IV therapy.
